We had SUCH a fun time at field day at MMS today! HUGE thanks to our PTO, parent volunteers, and to our MHS student volunteers (and to
Mrs. Thacker who recruited them!) More pictures of this event, along with 8th grade promotion, will be posted to Facebook tomorrow. For tonight, I think we will all sleep well!

Tomorrow is going to be a great day at MMS! We will have field day during the day. Students should wear or bring a white tshirt for color wars, along with a water bottle and money for snacks if they would like to buy these optional items. Sunscreen is also a good idea! Tomorrow night from 6-7, we will have a drive-thru style event for 8th grade promotion. Please call the school if you have questions about this. We are ready to finish strong in our final week of school! The last day of school is Friday, May 27th.

These pictures are just a small sampling of the amazing art that our talented students have on display at MMS! Great job to our students and to Ms. Foster.

We are proud of our middle school, junior high, and high school choirs! They gave a great spring concert tonight under the direction of Mrs. Amber Satterwhite. Great job kids!

MMS has some extra tickets for the field trip tomorrow to the AR Travelers game. If you are a parent and would like to attend, please call the school to get your name on a list. You will pay Koch or Campbell tomorrow at the game. You will be responsible for providing your own transportation to and from the stadium. There is a clear bag policy. The $10 ticket includes admission, a hot dog, chips, and a drink. Please call 501-470-2111 to reserve a spot. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis until we run out.

Everyone is invited to come enjoy the music of the MMS and MHS band and choir! The band concert is tonight (Monday) at 6 pm in the high school cafeteria. The choir concert is tomorrow night (Tuesday) at 6 pm at First Baptist Church.

Happy school paraprofessional day to Mrs. Chambliss and Mrs. Turnage! These ladies do a great job working with our special education and dyslexia students, as well as anything else we need them to do. We are happy to have them both as part of the MMS team.

MMS is extremely fortunate to have have Mrs. Pam Pipkins as our library media specialist! We are thankful for her hard work in the library and as a bus driver. She is committed to and is invested in our district and loves our students and staff!
